This is panda, you get what you are expecting. The drive-thru is always super fast and I have never had an order filled incorrectly. My only complaint was that on this visit the orange chicken was clumped together and not as good as normal. I always order the spring rolls, they're my favorite.

Literally I sat at the drive through order machine for 5 minutes with silence. Nobody answered, and I was about to leave. same thing at the pick up window. Writing this as I wait here with horrible service. Just terrible.

This is the third and last time I go through the drive thru at panda. Over 15 minutes. Just ridiculous, get more help#

If I could give negative stars I would. This place sucks. We have eaten here a few times and the service has always been subpar, but this trip takes the cake. We left after 15 minutes standing in line while the only two employees on the floor were making passes at the Pepsi vendor working on the soda fountain. We will not be back to this location, I would rather make the trip to Gilbert were their food is actually fresh and the service isn't terrible.

The kids love panda express. My 9 year old actually complains that they give you too much food. This is pretty much the only non chicken nugget or spaghetti or pizza food that my 5 year old will eat. And to be honest- I don't mind it either.

3 stars because I like this place, but it really can be hit & miss. The atmosphere is bright, friendly & really well lit. The food and service can be good at times and only SO SO on others. For fast food it's definitely a step up, but I wish it was a bit more consistent. Try the monthly specials as they are usually creative, fresh and quite tasty. Anyone have a good set of chopsticks I can borrow?

I eat at this Panda Express fairly regularly. Food is consistently good, service is not consistent. My last visit the customer in front of me in line was having his order fixed because he did not get what he ordered. When I got my order back to work, the two item meal I ordered was missing one item. I phoned to let the manager know what happened and she was very nice and wanted to help. However, her solution to the problem was for me to drive back to their store or take more of my time to have her fill out some form for my next visit. Getting my lunch should not turn into such a project and require so much of my time. I won't stop eating at this location but I will not expect great service either, based on my past experiences.

Great fast food option. Not as good as any sit down Chinese I like but much better than most fast burger or chicken joints. Entire family loves it. Favorites are orange chicken, string bean chicken and sweet fire chicken. The cream cheese rangoons are great. Customer service one hour before close stinks cause they don't like making new stuff, they will if requested but it's obvious they don't want to. Good price, clean place.

Not so good tonight , I know you all close at 9:30 but we we are there at 9:10 and the food we see In front of us is really not that good to look at , and you won't cook new things is pretty bad , given less about because that's all you have , is just bad customer service . Think we are still paying for that food , a lot disappointed especially I have to cook when I get home because there are still Hungry , makes no sense, the point was to fill them up with hot good food , not cold hardly any food .

We've been this Panda several times. We use the drive thru periodically and every time they claim that one of our items in not ready and we have to go around and wait upfront. Today was another time when this happened. We were told our food would be ready in 8 minutes. We waited 15 minutes and then finally went inside .... We found the employees freely serving the item we were waiting for .... And defending the fact that they basically forgot our order. Terrible service ... Drive to a panda somewhere else ... Just not this one.

This place was pathetic! It was nearing 9pm and needed a place for dinner. Panda Express has hours posted that they are open until 9:30. I arrived at 9:05 to a view of empty food pans! They did have a few (as in three) entrees available. However, they did not have their full menu available. They are not even closing for another 25 minutes!!! Very poor customer service. I walked out in disgust and went across the street to another food location.

Ok, have been back a few times. Drive thru service has been better. Giving one star back. Food good... Drive through bad... Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through... No I'm not exaggerating. 5:34pm to 6:05pm.......and they forgot my mandarin sauce so I had to go inside anyways..........

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
